Liberalism and Conservatism have been similarly described around the world and throughout history. Yet in the realm of modern genetic science, this is a great blank spot on the map. Like the charts of old warned: Here there be Monsters - racism, eugenics, and even genocide. But ignoring how ancient genes drive modern politics is the problem, not the solution. Like Lewis and Clark, I bring back detailed sketches and brand new ideas about how ancient and not-so-ancient genes that evolved before and after the rise of modern man have been flowing through our species like blood types. Mankind needs to understand that just like the book “Men are from Mars and Women are From Venus”, we literally have two types of political instincts. So You Married a Conservative presents us with a choice: we can come to understand our genetic code or be doomed to blindly repeat it’s instructions over and over again. Text Box: THE HUMAN SPARK I highly recommend watching this recent PBS Series about the recent explosion of human culture and how our minds have since evolved. Consider how early and recently evolved traits such as art and diplomacy compare to our political spectrum. Which seems more pre or post spark? Then come back and take a look at the large sample of my book. Beware, you may never look at politics the same way again.
